On behalf of the Executive Committee of Aberdeenshire Rugby Football Club, I hear by give notice of an Extra-ordinary General Meeting, which the club wishes to hold on Tuesday 29 October 2019 at 5:30pm at Woodside Sports Complex, Station Road, Aberdeen, AB24 2UL.

Attached is an agenda with the matters which are due to be discussed and a copy of the proposed new constitution which the Executive Committee wish to adopt.
