The inaugural Aberdeen leg of the Scottish Development Touch Series was held at Woodside on 7th September and despite the early rain, the weather stayed fair. Having won every game throughout the day, the home team, Aberdeenshire Leopards, were pipped at the last going down 3-4 to winners, Stirling Storm Troopers in a drop off in the final. Score of the day went to young Ellis Craik, which even had the referees cheering. Our thanks to both Superhands and Stirling for travelling north and to Leopards and Guerillas who fielded a number of youngsters. This marks the end of the official Touch season in Aberdeen but training will continue as normal.
