The deadline for ticket applications is fast approaching 11th September 2019. Please do not wait till the end. Applications will be dealt with in the order they are received and late applications after the 11th will not be accepted. There is a high level of applications for the England game - as expected. With the new allocation process from the SRU it is unlikely that we will receive all tickets to cover all applications, however I encourage you to complete your forms and submit them as soon as possible, the more we apply for the more we may receive, but we cannot guarantee tickets for this game.
Applications for the France game are also being well taken up and applications for that game are more likely to be successful.

We have now received the application pack for the HOME 2020 6 Nations games. This year the home games are England and France. As always tickets will be very limited, as such there will be a maximum order limit of 4 for the England Game and 6 for the France game. Please note this is above the SRU recommended levels. As always there is NO GUARANTEE that by submitting an application you will receive tickets. We will try to make sure that the club can fulfil all requests. In the likely event that we do not receive all the tickets we apply for we shall allocate as best we can, and WILL TRY to make sure everyone receives some tickets for the games they apply for. Orders will only be accepted with completed forms as everyone has to sign the declaration. I am happy to receive hard copies, however scans / electronic copies would be preferred.

Scotland v England - Sat 8 February kick off 4.45pm
Scotland v France - Sun 8 March kick off 3pm

Complete and pay your club membership – Aberdeenshire Rugby Club Membership Site
If required - register with the SRU at www.scottishrugbytickets.com – this will give you a unique Refence Number which must be included on your form
Complete the attached form Wednesday 11th September 2019 – forms must be signed (can be done electronically in the form) – forms that are not signed will be rejected.
We will advise of tickets around 4th October 2019.
Payment must be received before 21st October 2019 – details for payment will come out once ticket allocation is confirmed. If you have not paid by this date your tickets WILL BE RE-ALLOCATED.
E-tickets will be sent out to you directly ahead of the games

Just to reiterate – the deadline for Applications is WEDNESDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER 2019, any orders received after this date will be added to a waiting list and not included in the initial allocation.
